What supplements should I use?

Supplements!

There are a lot of supplements out there that promise to help. You can spend a small fortune on them just trying to find something that helps. Here's a list of my favorites. I've included the brands I'm using (or have used) but don't necessarily think you have to get the same brand.

This is a fairly long list so in lieu of buying everything at once (and breaking the bank), I'd suggest starting out with a few of the heavy hitters.
  • CBD Oil - In my own experience, this has been life-altering. While it didn't get rid of my pain, it did lessen it.
    • Reduced Ovarian Pain during ovulation
    • Pain from Ovarian Cysts
    • Endo Pain
    • Reduce Endo flares from a 9/10 on the pain scale to a 6/10
